Alaska Village Missions (AVM) is a non-denominational, evangelical ministry that has been reaching Alaska for Christ for more than fifty years.
AVM is a ministry dedicated to reaching the native people of Alaska with the Gospel, equipping believers for Christian service at Alaska Bible Institute, and broadcasting hope across Alaska through Christian Radio.

Village Missions
Reaching Alaska
AVM is focused on 12 Villages along the Alaska Peninsula . Most of these villages do not have an evangelical Christian church, sharing the message of hope. Our goal is to bring the message of Jesus Christ to these villages.

ABI is a two-year Biblical studies program designed to give its students an environment to seek God through His word. Your time at ABI will equip you with a Biblical foundation that guides you through life no matter your career path.
Christian Radio
Broadcasting the Message
Our Christian radio program is focused on using the airwaves to spread the message of Jesus Christ. In partnership with Moody Radio, we broadcast the gospel in various locations throughout Alaska.
